For those of you who are interested, I want to share something that I did yesterday. I have been a fan of horse racing for decades. I have followed the various trainers and jockeys and some of the most special horses in the racing world.

Yesterday morning I looked at the field for the Kentucky Derby and I saw that Bob Baffert had number eight-horse running. For those of you who don’t know Bob Baffert is a legend in the horse racing world. He is a controversial trainer and has had issues in the racing world about how he does things. Regardless of what you think or know about him, he is a winner and he knows how to pick some of the best horses that have ever run on tracks around the world.

Based on my belief in him and his knowledge I posted on Twitter I responded to a question — Who will win the Kentucky Derby?

I have included a photo of the tweet that I put out in response. I don’t know if anyone who read the tweet or followed my advice bet money on number eight but if they did they won 12 times the amount that they put in.

My message to you here is to do your homework and pay attention to what you see and hear about anything that interests you and when you find an opportunity to put your money where your mouth is don’t stop. Believe in yourself.
